Client Location - Berlin
Remote work offering - Hybrid Opportunity
Contract Length - 6 months, starting 1st November.
Project focus
- Upskill internal & external telesales operations for further partnership opportunities.
- Improve processes related to Telesales operations.
- Optimise processes to improve conversion rates i.e lead call scripts, objection handling on calls, performance management with agencies, KPI optimisation.
- Managing and improving existing telesales operations
Key skills and Experience required
- Over 5 years' experience of in telesales operations
- SAAS or Tech industry experience
- Experience working with outsourced call centre agencies.
- Fluent English. German would be beneficial but is not essential.
