Client Location - Berlin
Remote work offering - 2-5 days in Berlin per month
Client Industry - Saas / Tech
Contract Length - 6 months
Project focus
- Upskill internal telesales operations for a medium-sized global tech company
- Improve processes related to Telesales operations
- Optimise processes to improve conversion rates i.e lead prioritization call scripts, objection handling on calls, performance management of agencies and agencies, commercials with agencies
- Managing and improving existing telesales operations
Key skills and Experience required
- Over 5 years experience of in telesales operations
- SAAS or Tech industry
- Experience working with outsourced call centre agencies
- Fluent English. German would be beneficial but is not essential
